The villa is perfectly located, in between firemans beach and malama beach, each just 8 minutes walk away. The main strip of Kapparis with a large selection of restaurants and bars, is just a 5 minute stroll.
A local bus service runs from Kapparis main strip to Pernera ( 5 minutes ), Protaras ( 12 minutes ) and onto Ayia Napa ( 20 minutes ).
The villa has just undergone a full refurbishment, and installation of a new 9m pool, sun loungers, dining area and concrete barbeque. New security gates have been installed at each end of the villa, ensuring security and privacy.

Within just a few minutes walk, you’ll find yourself at either Fireman’s Beach or Malama Beach, both favourites among locals and visitors. These smaller, family-friendly beaches are ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or just taking in the sea breeze with your feet in the sand. They tend to be more relaxed than some of the busier beaches nearby, and that’s part of what makes them so appealing.
You can easily pop down for a quick morning swim or spend a full day lounging by the water. The beaches are clean, the water is clear, and the atmosphere is always calm.
